  This Y is the step child of the Hampton Roads YMCA. We get the leftover equipment when the northern facilities get new equipment. The memberships are over priced considering the poorly maintained facility. The pool is always cold. Morning aquatics classes complain and are ignored. The hot tub is dirty, there is always grey scumaroung the edge. The woman's locker room is a disgrace - small, dingy and usually dirty. The only reason I gave this facility two stars is because of the staff. They are exceptional! Three people who stand out are Jane Kachuba; Jackie, and Renee.
