  An older place right on the beach. No pool but a tennis court. Food places near by. Pier near by. You could walk or ride a bike to if you wanted. My in-laws timeshare is 3 bedrooms and a loft (with a spiral staircase) and 2 full baths. Clean. Underneath shed, shower and overhead partition. Deck with chairs. I like and enjoy it. Stayed thru a minor hurricane in it and worried about the storm surge cause you're THAT close to the ocean but we did fine:)
